Description
This model is proposed to provide a efficient simulation of the photoresponse of the four types of complementary FDSOI-based phototransistor. The phototransistor can be modeled as several capacitors. When exposed to light, both of the light-induced current and the dark-electron current will cause the carriers gathering beneath the box and change the threshold voltage through the capacitors.
